Background

Historically discreet with revealing design talent, Nike’s recruitment team had a new initiative to demystify their culture while attracting a wider net of creatives.


A campaign inspired by the tools of modern makers was developed. Tactile and digital, the system expanded to 1 hero video, 3 topic discussions, and multiple creative interviews, all to inspire the next generation of talent to join in.
