 As a team, we primarily focused on the resort’s heritage, being reborn as it’s original name of Lee Canyon. It’s nostalgic in not only name, but the history of the area and culture.

In the spring of 2015, Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort approached us (Hovercraft Studio) with the ask to give their mountain a facelift. A complete rebranding project with in order, with the primary focus of bringing back the fun and approchability to the resort. 

 As a team, we primarily focused on the resort’s heritage, being reborn as it’s original name of Lee Canyon. It’s nostalgic in not only name, but the history of the area and culture.

 In order to make the ski resort more friendly and fun, while carrying the history, an identity was created with a heavy inspiration from vintage ski-patches, the ones that were sewn on backpacks and jackets over the years. Thick lines, multiple colors, and all.

 Because Lee Canyon is a 4-season resort, a spring/summer secondary colorway was created.
